BarKeeper is an on-premise liquor inventory control and point of sale system for small to mid-sized businesses.
In addition to its Point of Sale module, the solution also offers integrated inventory management, customer management, and basic accounting, including general ledger, purchase orders, and payroll processing. BarKeeper is touch-screen enabled and runs on Windows, from XP to Windows 10. Hardware can be purchased directly from Gemware, or through a third party vendor.
The POS module includes a staff time clock, facilitates open accounts, and features the ability to discount items or void transactions. The integrated inventory application helps keep track of bar inventory, re-ordering, inventory reports, the supplier database, and more.
BarKeeper can be coupled with ShopKeeper, a retail inventory and POS system, for a fully integrated on-premise and retail operation.
